You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Card Strategist. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the service only for lawful, personal purposes, and not to misuse it — for example by disrupting it, accessing it through automated scraping, or attempting to reverse-engineer it.
Card Strategist does not use advertising or tracking cookies; we store a small amount of data locally in your browser only as needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. See our Privacy Policy for details on cookies and local storage.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Card data — including multipliers, annual fees, sign-up bonuses, credits, and issuer rules — is gathered from public sources, changes often, and may be incomplete or out of date. We do not guarantee that any recommended card will be available to you, that you will be approved for any card, or that you will achieve any particular rewards value. Always verify current terms with the issuer before acting.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Card Strategist and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any lost rewards, points, miles, fees paid, or missed opportunities, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey.
